About this app

ArenaContact is a gym management application developed for martial arts gyms. It is suitable for all disciplines such as MMA, BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Karate, and Aikido. Whether you have a single discipline or multiple disciplines in the same gym, you can manage your gym from a single application.

SETUP
• Set up your gym — Enter your gym information. • Choose your gym ID — Your members will see the application with the theme and colors you choose. Your gym's name and logo will appear on the screen. • Turn features on/off — Attendance, scheduled private lessons, leaderboard, and much more. Turn on whichever you want to use, and turn off whichever you don't.

PLANS
• Create membership plans — Easily create all membership plans in your gym, enter prices and durations. • Group lesson plan — Choose monthly membership as the plan type for group lessons, and session packages for private lessons. Enter durations and prices for the variants. • Private Lesson Schedule — By enabling the booked private lesson option, you can connect private lessons to a scheduled appointment system. Members taking private lessons can create reservation requests through the app.

PROGRAMS AND INSTRUCTORS
• Create your lesson schedule — Easily create lesson packages and link them to membership plans and instructors. • View the weekly schedule — All lessons in one calendar. Members receive notifications when a lesson is canceled or its time is changed. • Add your instructors — Add your trainers to the app so they can easily track their own lessons and take attendance. • Set permissions — Give your trainers additional permissions to help you with salon tasks such as payments and member management. • Smart appointment system — Configure the booked private lesson system settings to best suit your salon. • Appointments in a single list — Set your instructors' private lesson schedules. All private lessons are in a single list screen.

MEMBERS
• View your members — See all your members in detail in a single list, and add photos if desired. • Transfer all existing members with a single code — Instead of manually adding existing members one by one, send a bulk invitation code; members can join the application by entering their own information. • Approve member applications — Applications of members who joined with the bulk invitation code will come to you. You edit and approve the information. • Or add individually — You can also add members individually without using a bulk invitation code. • Manage members — Change their plan, process their payment, apply discounts, or freeze their membership from their member card — all on one screen. • Members see their own status — Members can track when their membership expires, how much they owe, and which classes they have this week — all from their own screen, without having to ask you.

FEES AND COLLECTIONS
• Easily manage payments — Payments are automatically tracked according to the duration of the plans. See all members' payments in a single list. • Don't chase, let the app remind you — Members whose membership has expired are automatically reminded to renew their plan, and members with overdue payments are automatically reminded to make their payments. Additionally, if a member hasn't renewed their plan for a long time, a follow-up call will be sent.

OPERATION AND REPORTS
• On the "All Requests" screen — Request notifications from your members will appear on your main screen for your approval. • Take attendance — Take attendance for each class to analyze participation data and keep track of your members completely. • Publish announcements — Publish announcements and send notifications to all your members. Make sure your members have application notifications enabled. • Financial report — Track your salon's monthly income and collections table and earnings. • Membership report — Track how many members joined your salon this month, how many left, and the average membership duration. • Attendance report — Analyze how full each class is in your salon and track which members are not attending classes.

• Davet koduyla hesap açmak tek adıma indi. Davet kodu sana e-posta ile gönderildiyse uygulama adresini bir daha sormuyor ve ikinci bir doğrulama kodu istemiyor: kodu ve şifreni gir, hesabın açılsın. Kodun hangi adrese gittiğini ekranda maskeli olarak görürsün.
