Information Computer Privacy Guard Mobile Version ARESPP Mobile
ARESPP Mobile is a reader that can read the MAPD document released by Information Privacy Bodyguard and can locate the geographical location where the file is currently opened. It is provided to back-end managers for audit use. Users can make notes on the document through this reader. And you can handle complex document work directly on your iPhone or iPad, seamlessly integrating the company's existing processes, and taking effect immediately after archiving, allowing you to read and annotate documents at any time, anywhere, and on any device.
The functions are as follows:
1. Turn on the MAPD file.
a. When you receive the attachment, you can export it to ARESPPMobile for viewing.
2. File annotation and marking functions.
a. Provides free handwriting functions, text boxes, inserted comments, highlighters and other marking tools.
b. Supports inserting pictures and hyperlinks.
3. File management and reading mode
a.Support historical record storage function.
b. Reading mode locks your file contents.
c. Note mode allows you to edit note objects.
4. Document viewing function.
a. Provide file scaling ratios, 50%, 100%, 200%, and Fit.
b. Provide file thumbnail page change.
5. Message notification.
a. Provide read-only notification function when users edit.
b. The function of displaying the number of people online and file permissions of the file at the same time.
6. File geographical location positioning function.
