Ratings and reviews

Solid game, nice they have the MLBPA license so there's real players, hopefully they get the full MLB license with team names and stadiums. Very repetitive but a good time killer. You can spend money if you want but definitely dont need to. One of my biggest complaints is you can complete the season pass in a few days then cant get anything else from it (in other games, once completing the season pass, you can still earn some additional currency after the main quests).

Its a decent play at first, but the CPU is just unbeatable in some situations. Personally, I've been soft locked for awhile. And without having to put a large amount of real world money into the game, you can't progress. All the leveling seems pointless and the skill behind hitting is non existent. The results of your hits are 100% RNG and when the game wants you to lose, you'll hit nothing but pop ups, home runs that always fall short for an out that are caught as if a magnet is in their glove.

This game doesn't reward a good player, it only rewards the team with the higher total stat. If your team has a lower stat total than the opposing team, the game will force you to lose no matter what. If you Sim the game you lose and if you manual play it'll make sure that every time you hit the ball, its right into someone's glove for an immediate out no matter what. Trash game. You literally can not outskill a team with higher stats, artificial difficulty makes it actually impossible.
