You can't really get anywhere without paying for more currency to upgrade. This happens incredibly early on.

Really? I have blocks 4 times bigger than my opponents and I'm still losing every time. Absolute garbage.

Sorry for the inconvenience. 2048 Heroes is both puzzle game and strategy game. If you are good at making puzzle, try making 2048 with energy related heroes as soon as possible. But making high blocks isn’t royal road to win. Sometimes spawning many heroes is good way to eliminate enemies. I recommend you to use damage dealing heroes on your deck.
