The Gesam Gas & Luce app allows you to:
• Access Gesam Gas & Luce digital services with a single account.
If you already have a Gesam Gas & Luce account, use your credentials to log in to the app. Otherwise,
easily create a new account. You can use the same credentials to access the
Customer Area on the Gesam Gas & Luce website, www.gesamgaseluce.it.
• View bill history and payment status.
Click on Payments to access your invoice history and payment status,
both past and current.
• Pay your bill conveniently
From the Payments section, you can check the status of your bills and pay conveniently with your
credit card, MyBank transfer, or PayPal, completely securely and at no additional cost.
• View bill details
Generate a detailed bill to see exactly what expenses are included in your bill.
• Submit a self-reading of your gas meter
Go to the Self-Readings section and submit your meter reading to receive bills in line
with your actual consumption.
• Monitor your consumption over time
Log in to the Contracts area and check your consumption trends, month after month.
• Check the details of your Segnoverde Mobile plan
Click on My SIM to check your tariff plan and monitor the status of your plan (renewal date, calls, texts, and remaining GB).

Go to the Notifications section and activate the push button to receive personalized information about
