About this app

FGIS "Argus-Fito" is a mobile application of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor). In the FGIS "Argus-Fito" application you can: • verify the authenticity of quarantine certificates, phytosanitary certificates, re-export phytosanitary certificates and quarantine phytosanitary control acts issued by Rosselkhoznadzor by scanning the QR code; • check the presence of a quarantine phytosanitary zone based on the location coordinates of your mobile device; • track the status of submitted applications for a quarantine certificate, phytosanitary certificate and re-export phytosanitary certificate.
