Terrible! No one responds to help desk tickets. I have submitted MULTIPLE tickets about the device and I have not received a single response. The 24 hour wifi notice is stupid. It triggers in the middle of the night when I'm asleep and you only have a certain amount of time to respond. Why would you design a wifi device that automatically DISCONNECTS from wifi???!

This app crashes every time I try to open it. The only thing I've found to make it work again is to clear the app's cache and storage (must be both, only clearing cache doesn't work) in between each use. But this means you have to sign in again each time. The app is basically unusable, meaning the smart features of the device are also unusable. Please fix this.

This has got to be the worst app I've ever used. Every time you click on something it does a full 360 twice so a full 720. The whole screen spins twice and then it proceeds to do what you want... What the heck?! Are the software developers playing a joke??? Please fix ASAP as I feel dizzy every time I use this app....
