Terrible! No one responds to help desk tickets. I have submitted MULTIPLE tickets about the device and I have not received a single response. The 24 hour wifi notice is stupid. It triggers in the middle of the night when I'm asleep and you only have a certain amount of time to respond. Why would you design a wifi device that automatically DISCONNECTS from wifi???! Also, once you set up an automation, you can't change the sequence of the steps. You have to delete it and start all over again.

I don't like the 24 hour disable feature. There's no way to turn it off. I bought this heater because it had an app remote so I could turn it in whenever I needed it without being at the unit. There needs to be an option to have the auto shut off after 24 hours of inactivity. Otherwise I love it. ❤️

This app crashes every time I try to open it. The only thing I've found to make it work again is to clear the app's cache and storage (must be both, only clearing cache doesn't work) in between each use. But this means you have to sign in again each time. The app is basically unusable, meaning the smart features of the device are also unusable. Please fix this.
