Many bugs in the registration process. Very slow too. Keeps failing with random, generic errors and no details about what went wrong. I had to retry the registration process a dozen times as each step failed at least once. It was an ordeal! Scanning my ID card never worked (the screen to scan the back side is broken, the "start" button stays grayed out), I had to use my passport (no back side to scan).

Every time I try to create an account, I am told at the very end of the process that it has failed due to bad capture conditions, despite repeated trials in the best conditions possible,and with multiple phones. Support is non-existent. I have tried emailing them twice, the first mail over two months ago, and have had ZERO response. They don't have phone support either. What a joke.

Scanning very poor and difficult to use. Finally managed but got message 'City of birth not recognized' although app had read the city name from my passport. Interesting that someone else had exactly the same problem in 2023. Clearly nothing has been done to resolve the issue.
