This app does not work for those buying tickets. You are unable to log in. You can't access your tickets through the app. You have to search through your email to retrieve tickets. I have changed passwords, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing. It just does not work.

Sorry that you faced issues while viewing the tickets. Actually this is an Organizer App only and only Organizer users can access it. You can always access your ticket through our online portal.

The option to login with Google does not work and the app keeps closing after it is open on it's first instance.

If this app is for only Event organizers, why is it advertised as for both Organizers and ticket holders???
