Inspection Report is a mobile inspection report app for inspectors, engineers and contractors who need to complete field inspections and produce clear professional reports.

Use structured Pass, Observation, Fail and N/A responses with notes and evidence. Track progress as you work and review anything missing before sign-off.

Start with ready-made templates for general manufacturing, site condition, equipment condition, pressure vessels, piping, welding, structural steel, electrical equipment, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, boilers, storage tanks, coating condition, lifting equipment, HVAC, fire equipment, conveyors and civil works.

Custom inspection forms

Pro includes a custom inspection checklist builder for repeatable inspections. Create your own template structure and use it again for future jobs.

Photo inspection reports

Take photos or import images from your device. Add captions, link photos to checklist items or findings, and include the evidence in the final report. Pro supports photo annotation and up to 200 photos per inspection.

Findings and defect tracking

Record defects, observations and follow-up items while inspecting. Keep findings linked to the inspection, track their status, resolve or reopen them, and review them before completing the report.

Equipment and asset inspections

Save client, project and asset information so inspection records stay connected to the correct equipment. Use app-generated QR labels to return to saved asset records and repeat inspections against previous history.

Measurements and signatures

Record structured measurements with units where required. Capture the inspector signature on device and keep it bound to the completed inspection record.

PDF and Word inspection reports

Pro generates professional PDF reports for sharing and editable Word reports when a client or office workflow needs a document that can be changed after export. Reports can include company branding, client and project details, inspection results, findings, photos, measurements and signatures.

Offline inspection work

Inspection records and photos can be saved on the device while working without a reliable connection. Backup and restore let you create a portable copy of your inspection workspace and choose where to save it. Internet access is required for purchases, purchase restoration and periodic Pro subscription verification.

Built for individual inspectors

Inspection Report is designed for solo inspectors and independent field professionals rather than team-heavy enterprise administration. It can support field, site, equipment, safety, quality, maintenance, construction, engineering and manufacturing inspection workflows where a structured checklist, photographic evidence and a finished report are needed.

Starter access includes a limited inspection allowance, three starter templates, local saving, report preview and up to five photos per inspection. Pro unlocks all 20 templates, custom checklists, higher photo limits, photo annotation, company branding, unlimited inspection creation while subscribed, and new PDF and Word report generation.

Previously generated report files remain available after Pro expires.

Inspection Report records the information entered by the inspector. It does not independently certify equipment safety or regulatory compliance.
