Augmented Field Operations (formerly ARInspect, acquired by Tyler Technologies in 2023) was built with one simple but important mission: helping government agencies protect the communities we live in. Often called Tyler Field Ops or simply Field Operations, it helps government field staff conduct inspections and respond to disasters more efficiently. Our country’s aging infrastructure, combined with natural disasters such as hurricanes and earthquakes, poses a significant risk to our communities. Protecting communities and enforcing regulations are central missions for government agencies. Whether it is hot or cold, raining or snowing, or in the midst of a flood or fire, government field staff are out there conducting fieldwork and responding to disasters. By augmenting how fieldwork is done and unlocking powerful efficiencies, Augmented Field Operations helps agencies stretch limited resources further. This allows them to do more with less—providing enhanced coverage, responding faster, and protecting more people without compromising quality or safety.
