Sign+ helps you import or scan a document, place signatures and form fields precisely, then export a completed PDF on your phone.
IMPORT OR SCAN
Open a PDF or image through the system file picker, or scan a paper page with your camera.
CREATE YOUR SIGNATURE
Draw a signature or initials and keep them in the on-device signature vault for reuse.
FILL AND PLACE FIELDS
Add text, dates, check boxes, signatures and initials. Drag, resize and nudge each field, or save a field layout for a matching document.
EXPORT A COMPLETED PDF
Flatten the placed fields and export a completed PDF locally. Completion details can show the time and hashes of the original and completed documents.
PRIVATE DOCUMENT WORKFLOW
Document pages and saved signature images are processed and stored on your device. Sign+ does not upload document contents to an ad service.
FREE EXPORTS AND OPTIONAL REWARD
The free version is ad-supported and includes up to three completed-document exports. When offered, you can choose a sponsored video for an additional export.
PREMIUM AND PRIOR OWNERS
Active Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited completed-document exports. Verified prior paid or Pass users stay ad-free; unlimited exports still require an active Premium entitlement.
AD PRIVACY
Document pages, form contents and signature images are not used for ad targeting. Google Mobile Ads may process device, app-interaction and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention.
