Implementation of the new app could have been better, but wasn't horrible. It took less than 5 mintues for me to get set up. If you can set up a smart phone you can easily set up this app! The format and accessibility of features in the app are better and I'm not sure if linking an external bank account was available previously, but I'm loving it on this one! The only thing I didn't like was having to set up card defend again, but we were given ample notice this was going to happen.

Well that was bullsh**. They did their fancy upgrade, but the app didn't work. It kept closing before I could enter the password. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. When it didn't work I went to their website and was able to log in there, but still the app didn't work. I finally called, waited on hold forever, then she told me to do the same thing: uninstall, reinstall. Still didn't work. Wasn't till I read someone's review saying to uninstall, restart your phone then reinstall, that it worked.

Much like the last big "upgrade," this one bites. The app wouldn't open, just failed when I opened it. Thanks to other reviewers, I knew to delete, restart, then reload. I'd give it two stars since after the previous "upgrade" I couldn't log in via the app for months, but now there are ads. Ads would mean zero stars if it were possible.
