Ratings and reviews

it could be more user friendly. example. I have more then one account but you can only turn on and off electronic statements on the main account. it doesn't let you choose accounts. if you have it set for 1 it should be set for all of your not going to give the options. The secured passcode doesn't come to the phone right away. when your busy I don't have time to wait for it to come through. just little tweaks here and there. otherwise I would have given a five star rating.

Much like the last big "upgrade," this one bites. The app wouldn't open, just failed when I opened it. Thanks to other reviewers, I knew to delete, restart, then reload. I'd give it two stars since after the previous "upgrade" I couldn't log in via the app for months, but now there are ads. Ads would mean zero stars if it were possible.

Implementation of the new app could have been better, but wasn't horrible. It took less than 5 mintues for me to get set up. If you can set up a smart phone you can easily set up this app! The format and accessibility of features in the app are better and I'm not sure if linking an external bank account was available previously, but I'm loving it on this one! The only thing I didn't like was having to set up card defend again, but we were given ample notice this was going to happen.
