Smart-Home is a mobile app that allows residents of apartment complexes to check meter readings and usage for each household.

■ Key Features

• Initial resident login and administrator approval

• Check household meter reading status (installed sensors for electricity, etc.)

■ How to Use

1. After installing the app, enter your name, the last 4 digits of your phone number, and your building and unit number.

2. Once approval from the management office (administrator) is complete, you can access the home screen.

3. Check current meter readings and usage charts by period.

■ Notice

• This app is integrated with the complex's AMI system.

• The management office may delete the approved account upon moving out or vacating the premises.
