Dear TradeX Team, What the hell is going on at your end? I am trying to place withdrawal request and it is simply rejecting it. Also no one is responding at customer care number. There is no support staff and email. At the time of addition of funds, it works perfectly. But when I am placing withdrawal request then it is rejecting them without any reason. I am also not understanding the concept of "comment/bank details" column Kindly clarify and sort out the issue in ASAP basis or refund amount

Overall I would rate the app & company between 4 to 5: Good things are: 1) withdrawal is fast, though they promise for 30 mins, have been receiving in like 45 min to 50 mins 2) App is fast & good, customer support is also ok Things to work and improve: no report on market study, analysis, key events etc are provided unlike other brokers such as SMC, motilal etc. very less support and advise

This platform is a fraud. Stay away from it. Do not trade on this platform. They take deposits but do not credit the amount to your ID. They pretend to show profits, but it is a very big scam. Stay away from this app.
