I think downloading this app was like the best decision! My YouTube recommendation has immediately improved a whole lot cause I can't watch shorts that I genuinely have no actual interest in. The app has a timer setup too so if you do want to continue watching short form content you can instead keep it limited and the app will immediately kick you out of the video and I love it. The company is really nice too, they reached out to me to see how the app was running through their discord server!

does what it needs to- allows you to watch shorts for a set time. otherwise, shorts are blocked entirely update: there is no longer a functionality for specific time... only 30 minutes... not helpful to me.

Looks like the problem with the app deciding to not work has been fixed works pretty well if I was going to nit pick anything it's that some times shorts still do pop up on the home tab of yt
