Grid Connect is a home automation app that works with a range of electronic devices. It empowers users to setup their own cost-effective home automation network without the need for installing multiple apps on their mobile device for a wide range of electronic products.

Hands down the most convoluted app to use when you've owned their devices for multiple years. You sign in, it often forgets you and signs you out, you log back in, suddenly you're on a trial account, it forces you to check account, and when typing your email address into the "user account" field (because that seems to be the only thing that works), it says it already exists, which of course it does and then you're soft locked. I have never experienced anything worse than this. Aimless trash.

I've been using this app from 2023 easy to use if you read the instructions It works well and is stable. First used with Arlic smart lights and Orine garage opener, then this year I easily added a wifi tank water level sensor as well as ionmax dehumidifier again easily added and they work well in the app. The only annoying thing which isn't the apps fault, is the water level sensor resets to a default start setting if it loses power so it needs resetting (calibrating).

this was a fabulous camera system and it worked well for me up until just the last couple of days. the entire interface has changed, it can no longer connect to my camera so it's not working because of a forced change and no prior warning or instructions on how to fix it?!
