A great start but not very intuitive. The app doesnt support landscape view at least on Android. So have a tablet in a cradle makes it practically useless. A bit slow to respond to buttons when pressed on the screen. Lots of extra features like timers, group pairing and so forth but forgets the basics, like being able to turn on and off the device. The power button is relatively small and the size cannot be changed, no built in icon files. Lacking at every turn. Hopefully the relays are solid.

Very dissatisfied. I had 2 smart original smart outlet adapters and a smart light bulb connected to app from a few years ago when GRID first come out. Just recently bought a new outlet adapter and I couldn't get to pair. After many emails back and fourth with customer service the assistant deduced that I had a faulty adapter and I should return it. I then bought another outlet and I am having the same issues. I suspect that GRID app has updated and now nothing is working, even my OG adapters.
Hi, we apologize for any issue you might be having! Please send a note to developer@gridhome.com.au so we can connect.

Finally, my screen span issues have been fixed, making it easier to view screenshot alerts and live feeds on my Fold (in the open position). One tip I have for advanced users is to set static local network addresses for each of ur camera's this seems to have reduced the amount of Offline events for me. Also added a 2nd camera to my network with overlapping fields of view not once have both cameras reported as Offline at the same time. For a free service I'm quietly impressed.
