This is the most useless app I have ever downloaded. Login doesn't work. Always asking you to update what you just downloaded. Numerous complaints with no reply and no improvement. I suspect this is a Nigerian thing where they frustrate you out of accessing your account over time so that you will eventually give up and cede your money to them. If it were possible I would liquidate my account immediately but I don't know if maybe I can move it to another vendor. Fix up.

I honesty don't know the issue with your app. I have been unable to log in to my account for almost a month, even with the correct pen number and my password. The log in will just keep loading until it brings time out. I have also update the app. still the same thing. I will appreciate if some from you team can look into this.

If there is a half star that's how I will rate this app. For how many months I can't log in and it keeps asking to update the app. The fact that you are not responding to all complaints means we should sort ourselves out and switch to another company.
