I am extremely disappointed with my experience . I requested a return on 4th and as of 19th , no one has come to collect the item. I have been contacting almost every day and keep hearing, “We’re working on it,” but nothing happens. The first time the courier called, I missed it but immediately called back and was promised next-day pickup — no one showed up after that. Today, an agent was rude and even threatened to cancel my return, claiming they tried calling .never again . frustrating.

Kindly,consider these comments from a customer who likes your products and its high quality. It's slow and not a user friendly application. Very limited options for return can't change the item with another from the store . Can't collect the item from the store . Can't use the wallet balance to buy from the store. Sizes aren't correct at all ,need to be revised . The large size is bigger than 3XL. Very high delivery fees that costs me a big amount to return 1 item and reorder again .

The products are nice. But the buying process is faulty. The order didn't go through but still my card was charged. Previously I needed to return items and it took 3 month to get the refund. I addition, the advertised coupons are misleading. They say 15 or 30 % but when you check out they are much less than that. Even if you follow terms and conditions There is something seriously wrong with their financial department
