Refund took so long to get credited back. I gave it back since 5th June but until now it's 17th June , my refund is not processed yet back to my Riva credit and when I contacted them they said the delivery didn't return the item to the warehouse which is an internal process between them.

The app is sooo baaaaaaaaaad keeps giving error, i want to return it keeps giving me error in contacting riva server and the customer service is really bad no one answers

The application needs improvement, it is really had to use the application and purchase anything
