Kindly,consider these comments from a customer who likes your products and its high quality. It's slow and not a user friendly application. Very limited options for return can't change the item with another from the store . Can't collect the item from the store . Can't use the wallet balance to buy from the store. Sizes aren't correct at all ,need to be revised . The large size is bigger than 3XL. Very high delivery fees that costs me a big amount to return 1 item and reorder again .

The products are nice. But the buying process is faulty. The order didn't go through but still my card was charged. Previously I needed to return items and it took 3 month to get the refund. I addition, the advertised coupons are misleading. They say 15 or 30 % but when you check out they are much less than that. Even if you follow terms and conditions There is something seriously wrong with their financial department

I went yesterday to DFC branch to return an item which I purchased from Outlet mall .the seller there refused to return and told me that I can only exchange it although the cashier lady in Outlet mall branch told me that I can return during 3 days or exchange in 14 days So I exchanged it with an abaya which I wasn't satisfied with , mostly I will not deal with this brand again....
