Great way to pass the time on the bus or a car ride. It's a great way to test your associative skills. For those who don't know, this game is basically Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon except you're linking random wiki articles instead of movies. It's harder than it sounds, though, because you can only use the hyperlinks in each page and going back costs you a move. All in all, a great time waster that allows you to learn at the same time.
The idea is super fun and makes what many people have done when bored in the past into a game. There is room for improvement concerning a ranking for searches or a more transparent calculation of the points? I have no idea how the points are made up and it would be very satisfying to know. Aside from that it's great to support Wikipedia by playing games! Edit: Now having played 10 rounds - there are way to few words, same words start recurring after the fifth round. Wikipedia has so many articles - expand the opportunities!
Brilliant idea and lots of fun, though if there was a way to look back on your game stats and which pages you visited I would have given it five stars. Sometimes I want to go back and read the wiki page on a subject but you just can't do that easily.
This game is really fun. There are a few problems though. Once I played the game, it told me to go to Georgia, but I couldn't because there are two Wikipedia pages named Georgia (The U.S State and the Asian country), and none of them made me win. Other than that, great game! EDIT: Another problem! Sometimes the article doesn't load. This one is worse. Fix it please!!
Its a really great idea but the game itself has a lot of work needed. I just tried to play a game and it only just opened a wikipedia page and it already counted 3 steps, despite it only just loading and me not even touching the screen. It has been counting extra steps heaps and it ruins the game completely.
Once Impossible mode is on, it really is impossible. Mainly because they tell you absolutely nothing about the endpoint. Additionally, there's no way to compare your performance with the "most efficient path", of the path with the fewest nodes.
