APC (Access Control and Perimeter) is a professional access and visitor management application for airports, private hangars, gated communities, and other controlled-access facilities. It connects residents, hosts, security guards, and administrators so that every visitor, vehicle, and gate event is registered, approved, and saved in one place.

APC is used by members of participating facilities. You will need an account or an invitation from your facility to log in.

Features:

• Register and Approve Visitors: Invite your guests in advance or approve them instantly. Hosts receive immediate notification when a visitor is waiting at the gate and can approve or deny access with a single tap.

• Quick Gate Access with QR Codes: Visitors receive a secure QR code pass. Guards scan it at the gate for fast and verified entry and exit.

• Vehicle and License Plate Management: Register vehicles and read license plates on your device to expedite access. Control which vehicles are authorized for each property.

• Real-time notifications: Stay informed about arrivals, approval requests, and access decisions with push notifications.

• Integrated messaging and calling: Chat, send voice or video messages, and make secure audio/video calls within the app between residents, hosts, and security personnel.

• Guard tools: Security personnel can process entries and exits, verify IDs, register visitors and vehicles, and see who is on the premises.

• Deliveries and packages: Pre-authorize deliveries and manage package reception.

• Household and member management: Hosts can invite household or hangar members and manage who has access.

• Works anywhere: Offline compatibility allows you to continue working even when your connection is lost, and biometric unlocking (fingerprint/face recognition) keeps your account secure.

DESIGNED FOR SECURITY AND PRIVACY

APC uses encrypted connections, role-based access, and a tamper-proof audit log. You control your data: you can delete your account and personal data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy and Terms in the app or on our website.
