About this app

Sherlock Mobile allows you to connect to the teraObject® Sherlock 4.0 platform, which digitizes equipment and systems and connects them with you so you can interact with them remotely and in real time, from any mobile device. This way, you can continuously monitor and manage your industry's critical systems, receive immediate notification of important events, access remote diagnostics whenever you need them, and improve energy efficiency and maintenance. Sherlock Mobile is designed to help you manage your organization in a revolutionary way. Sherlock Mobile is the app for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).

Sherlock Mobile has the following features:
- Alerts about failures related to your industry's physical systems, with two severity levels (low and high), the start and end date and time of the event, a description of the event, and a recommended action. Alerts are generated from the configuration uploaded to Sherlock Web.
- Log of all alerts received during the last 3 days.
- Filters to determine which alerts you want to view, based on severity and when they were initiated.
- Notification level settings: receive no notifications (level 0), receive only high-severity notifications (level 1), or receive all notifications (level 2).
- Active schedule settings, i.e., the times you want to receive notifications and nothing outside of those times.
- Link to request support.
