The Mobile App is an integral part of the "Development of the Dealer Management Module and CRM Infrastructure" project. It aims to fully digitalize the vehicle management workflow, from vehicle receipt to delivery to the carrier for shipment to the dealer. The system, as a whole, through the integration of data collected from IoT, Mobile Apps, and ERP, is designed to fully track the operations
that characterize the workflow, leading to approval of the finished product, which can be sent
for sale and assigned to dealers with subsequent shipment. All tracked operations take place at the
Macchia d'Isernia plant and also involve external suppliers in the DR Automobiles supply chain.
