Nova SVI is the app dedicated to Italian avalanche service operators, part of the NovaTellus suite, designed to simplify and improve data collection in the field. With Nova SVI it is possible to record core drilling carried out in specific areas assigned by an administrator via a webapp. The app uses the device's geolocation to verify that the recording actually takes place in the designated location. During the survey, the operator can document the total depth of the snow, divided according to predefined parameters, and record the phenomenon observed at the moment. You can attach photos to document the conditions found. If registration is carried out in the field, the operator can also request a refund from the administrative body. Nova SVI is an intuitive tool for precise and reliable monitoring of operations in mountain environments.
