The app sucks! I have a Wi-Fi camera and it was working normally at first, but not only is it really slow, but the camera very rarely works. most of the time, it will say "Device is Offline" even though it is up and connected, most of the time the motion sensors and audio sensors dont work at all or they work when there's no sound or motion at all! This app has too much errors and too much of a responsibility and do not download this app if you plan on buying a camera from Arpha!

shockingly limited functionality for the T229 smart lock. My lock has Wi-Fi and a built-in camera and a finger print sensor and a card reader and a digital keypad and even normal keys. however the app does not allow me to lock and unlock the lock. I can only do that when someone presses the doorbell button on the lock. then I briefly get the option. I cannot watch my camera. I cannot see anything unless someone rings the doorbell and then I can see them briefly but that is the only way. WHAT!??

Nice battery camera's the batteries really do last a long time, depending on how you set it up, using motion detection or not. I really like this camera system. Update, very pleased with this product. Wish I could use it while using other apps, but it's still good.
