ArqOn is the professional tool for architects, civil engineers, and builders who need to create complete construction budgets from their cell phone or tablet. Designed specifically for the Bolivian market, it uses the SABS costing chain and features updated prices for the country's main cities.

PROFESSIONAL BUDGETING
Create complete budgets following the official SABS costing chain: materials (D), labor (E), social security contributions (F), VAT (O), equipment (C), minor tools (H), overhead (L), profit (M), contingencies (K), and transaction tax (P). All percentages are editable per project. Organize your budget by modules or areas with automatic subtotals.

UNIT PRICE ANALYSIS (UPA)
Each item includes a complete breakdown of materials, labor, and equipment. Yields and prices are configured once and reused across all your projects. View the detailed Unit Price Analysis (UPA) with the SABS string applied to each item.

QUANTITY SURVEYING
Detailed measurements per module with support for multiple measurement sets per item. Configurable dimensional parameters (length, width, height) with predefined presets. Discount system to deduct intersections, corners, and overlaps. Net result calculated automatically.
ITEM AND SUPPLY CATALOG
Integrated database with materials, skilled and unskilled labor, tools, and equipment. Prices for three cities (Cochabamba, La Paz, Santa Cruz) with quick switching between cities. Import and export items from the shared catalog. Create your own custom items with calculation formulas.

PARAMETRIC SYSTEM
Generate complete structural budgets by simply entering basic dimensions. Includes templates for perimeter enclosures with columns, footings, foundations, sub-foundations, tie beams, and walls. The system automatically calculates quantities, corner discounts, and steel breakdowns. Predefined dimension presets streamline data entry.
