Horrible software. Connecting the w161 mesh router to the modem requires nothing short of a miracle. It gets stuck on the "Connecting your system to the back office" screen. Want to add satellites to your mesh system? Forget about it. If by some miracle you can get it all to work, it will keep disconnecting and frustrate you even more. Stay away from this brand.

Horrible experience. You can set everything up and then the app will forget that it's connected to a system and it'll want you to set up all over again. If you get a new phone and want to connect to an existing system - forget it. It also will eventually go back to setup mode. If you want to manage your router...get a different router.

After switching to a new phone and installing this app on it, the administrator username that this very app had previously set on my old phone cannot be entered. It's hard-coded as "admin", and the only solution is to perform a factory reset on the router then run the app again to perform another administrator account set-up. Just to be able to input the current username? Screw this POS, it's been uninstalled and I'll stick with the web interface.
