sold my house and moved into another house that already had arris set up. attempted to connect my old system to the new system as a satellite and it's been nothing but a nightmare. the worst part is the fact that the app automatically forces you to set something up and does not automatically allow you to log into an account. absolutely the most frustrating set up I've ever experienced

Horrible experience. You can set everything up and then the app will forget that it's connected to a system and it'll want you to set up all over again. If you get a new phone and want to connect to an existing system - forget it. It also will eventually go back to setup mode. If you want to manage your router...get a different router.

Absolutely miserable experience. Whenever you buy a piece of hardware that requires a mobile app to set up, that's a 100% guarantee that both app and device will be a steaming pile of utter garbage. Can't even configure my own router because I can't login as an admin. All because some middleman had to justify his paycheck by creating this awful software and forcing all of their poor end users to install it.
