Router Manager lets you manage a Huawei ONT fibre router from your phone, without opening the router's web page in a browser.
This is an unofficial app. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Huawei.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Wi-Fi settings: change your network name (SSID) and password.
• Guest networks: set up additional SSIDs.
• Connected devices: see which devices are on your network.
• Internet control: turn internet access on or off for a device.
• MAC filter: keep a blacklist or whitelist of devices.
• Parental control: schedule times when a device has no internet.
• New device alerts: get a notification when an unknown device joins your Wi-Fi.
• Network statistics: view daily, weekly and monthly Wi-Fi data usage measured on your phone.
• Speed test: measure your download and upload speed.
• WAN status and configuration: view your connection details and manage ISP WAN accounts.
• DHCP server: set the IP range, lease time and address reservations.
• Router admin: change the router's admin username and password.
• Reboot: restart the router.
COMPATIBILITY
The app has been tested on the Huawei HS8346R5 and HS8145C5. Basic features work on many other Huawei ONT routers with a similar web interface. Advanced features depend on the router model and firmware version, so some screens may not work on every router.
You can open the demo mode from the login screen to look around the app with sample data before connecting to a router.
HOW TO CONNECT
1. Connect your phone to your router's Wi-Fi.
2. Enter the router's IP address (often 192.168.100.1).
3. Sign in with the router's admin username and password. These are usually printed on the label on the router.
PRIVACY
The app has no account system, no ads and no analytics. Your router username and password are stored only on your phone, in Android's encrypted storage. The app talks directly to your own router over your local network. The only internet connection it makes is the Speed Test, which runs only when you start it and uses Cloudflare's public speed-test service.
PERMISSIONS
• Notifications: for new device alerts.
• Usage access (optional): to show Wi-Fi data usage on the Network Statistics screen.
• Ignore battery optimisation (optional): so new device alerts keep working in the background.
