Mack Delivery Assistant is the internal operations app for authorized Arslan Logistics drivers and managers.

View assigned routes and delivery stops, check published work schedules, submit weekly availability, and stay in touch with dispatch and your manager.

Report missing or damaged items and delivery delays with supporting photos and notes. Complete vehicle inspections, report vehicle problems, submit expenses with receipts, and track submitted requests.

Managers can review operational reports and respond to team requests. Users can view their messages and updates within the app.

English and Spanish are supported. Some reports can be saved offline and sent when a connection is restored.

Access is restricted to authorized Arslan Logistics personnel. Drivers use an invitation code issued by dispatch; managers use their existing company account. There is no public registration.
