OpenZen Help is a private, independent directory. It is not affiliated with or operated by a government authority, does not represent any government, and is not an official service of the listed organizations. It does not replace legal advice or binding official information.

Find a place to contact: OpenZen Help shows social and public support services in Germany on a map and in a list.

SEARCH BY PLACE AND TOPIC
Choose a category and search by town, postcode or area. Discover services such as food banks, migration advice centres, Jobcenters, social welfare offices, housing benefit offices and welfare organizations. Location permission is optional; you can also select a place manually.

CONTACT DETAILS AND GUIDANCE
Open a listing to see available addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites and other information. Opening hours, spoken languages and access requirements are shown when included in the source. Directions open a maps service. A nearby service is not automatically responsible for your situation or address.

USE THE DIRECTORY WITHOUT A CONNECTION
Included or previously downloaded directory data can be searched locally. Available content updates need internet access. The interactive online map, external websites and directions may need a connection. Confirm details directly with a service before visiting.

NINE LANGUAGES
German, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic and Polish. No user account, ads, analytics SDKs or tracking SDKs.

PRIVACY AND PROTECTED SERVICES
Precise device coordinates are not sent to OpenZen Help's own server. The interactive map loads resources from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address and requested map area to serve the map. Contact and directions actions use external services. Reports about a listing are sent only when you initiate them.

Sensitive protected addresses are not published as open places to visit. Approximate locations and places not intended for in-person visits may not offer an exact route. Source and quality information help you assess the directory data.
