The app used to be great...but now the 2 step verification does not work, it just bypasses the page to enter the code and goes to the pin login page. The pin login page stores 3 digits of the 4 digit pin each time after logging out! The next time you open the app, there's 3 digits of the 4 already there!!!...? I have an Android phone, only 3 years old. Happens on more than 1 phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same results. Many calls to support but no help in solving the issue.

Sometimes it takes a full day to transfer money between your accounts, and other times it just won't load. Not to mention the short window of time the store is actually open. Additionally, they don't allow samsung pay for some reason. Kinda tempted to switch to a different bank if the app doesn't get updated and fixed.

they did an update and it broke the app. it just says it can't make a secure connection now
