My need: the ability to purchase Logan Express passes and have them available when needed. While I can purchase them using the app, the app does not truly manage the passes. You have to look them up by your Order and Last name. Then you have to do the same the next time you open the app! The app falls short. Nothing better than links on a web page, which you can do without the app....

Not great was very difficult for me to locate my roundtrip bus ticket. I suggest when purchasing a bus ticket you should be able to pull it right up in your account. Instead of making the account holder search for an order # to retrieve it. So ridiculous! Especially after being away for 10 days, do you think people remember their order #? No. I had to go searching for it. Thank heavens I thought to look in my email. You save money but the app is setup so most people will give up and pay again.

It is likely not possible to "find your car" using that function within the app for Central Parking. Of course the poor design of the garage doesn't help (being in two separate sections with no pedestrian bridges directly between the two). If you fly JetBlue out of terminal C, on an international flight, you'll likely come back in at terminal E. The app will lead you to the wrong section of the garage.
