Ratings and reviews

My need: the ability to purchase Logan Express passes and have them available when needed. While I can purchase them using the app, the app does not truly manage the passes. You have to look them up by your Order and Last name. Then you have to do the same the next time you open the app! The app falls short. Nothing better than links on a web page, which you can do without the app....

Not great was very difficult for me to locate my roundtrip bus ticket. I suggest when purchasing a bus ticket you should be able to pull it right up in your account. Instead of making the account holder search for an order # to retrieve it. So ridiculous! Especially after being away for 10 days, do you think people remember their order #? No. I had to go searching for it. Thank heavens I thought to look in my email. You save money but the app is setup so most people will give up and pay again.

The latest version is even worse. You can't even buy tickets in the app. For some reason it takes you online where you are logged out again. At least on the old version you had the option of logging in when you went online to check out for a ticket.For some reason the app stores tickets you already used, with no indicator you used them other than having them scanned and the driver telling you it's been used already. It just doesn't make sense and is probably by far my least favorite app to use.
