About this game

This is the Original Ghanaian Oware, an abstract strategy game with two straight rows of six pits, called "houses". Each player controls the six houses on their side of the board.

The game starts with four seeds in each house. The object of the game is to capture more seeds than your opponent.

If you missed playing the real game then this is the perfect choice.

Play with computer.
Play with your friend online or offline
Play with random opponent.

How to play online with your friend.
Create Option
- First open the menu drawer and copy your game ID
- Send your Game ID to your friend
- Click on New > Online > Play with Friend
- Click on create wait for your friend to connect.
Join Option
- Click on New > Online > Play with Friend
- Click on join and enter the Game ID of your friend
- Wait for the game to connect.

Note: So it means that the one who choose create must send his/her game ID to the other person for him/her to use.

How to play with random opponent
- Click on New > Online > Match Opponent > Continue.
The computer will connect you to anyone who also have done the same thing.

Note: You can play online without signing into the play games.

What in the world??! This "game" gives vague instructions, then plays by itself without even explaining how the pieces are moved, nor where, nor how many can be held. Utterly useless to anyone who doesn't already know how to play. It looked like the seeds were redistributed, but the image doesn't show how many are picked up, then after it plays several moves by itself, it shows one seed in hand. Automatic play doesn't allow you to figure out how the moves are made or how the seeds are counted.

I think 4 things need to change for this app to be better. 1. You should be able to choose which version you are playing with applicable rules. for example, I was taught the Ga way, the player who wins the penultimate 4set seed takes the last 4, NOT the player who started. that is just lazy. 2. you should be able to undo a move. 3. a move should be double click because sometimes you touch by accident and it moves. finally, remove the shells. I want to capture pots and play from them. I won them

It's really Ghanaian way of playing oware. It's entertaining. The only issue is the user interface which needs upgrade especially the hand and the marbles..Good job!
