Very nice and user friendly.. I love the interface and its very responsive. However, there's always room for improvement.. There is no provision to change security question its just the answer that can be changed.. Kindly look into this and effect it.. Also, One shlould be able to access their Loan portfolio like (Loan Amount disbursed, rate, monthly repayment amount, how much the customer has paid, outstanding amount) etc... Asides these, im cool with the app

I thought i was the only one having difficulty changing password until i read others rewiew and discovered a common bug. It's funny after registration and creating password and at the point of login, you are told it's a wrong password. Ok. They sent a default password to enable you change it still yet it will display... OUCH.[as if their balls got hit by a ball]. UNABLE TO CHANGE PASSWORD. What a joke of an app.

Infact if possible to give you minus zero, I'll give, I opened an account online and funded it, to make transfer of my money now become problem, I chatted customer service, and I was sent a form (account opening form) which was filled and scan and sent back to page, since about 3/4 days now, nothing was done, and my money is hanging. I chatted 4 of dem staffs (customer service) still nothing is working fine
