So where do I start. This app would be great if it would actually let me do anything without telling me there was a delay or not being able to recognize the router or internet in general. I wanted to be able to disconnect certain devices and give priority to others and I cant do that if the app won't work. I have called Arvig about these issues and they said to update or reinstall and nothing works.

Fire stick unusable. Way too many steps just to change channels. Constantly waiting to download channels. Constantly won't recognize my sign ins.

I just want the ability to turn my Wi-Fi on and off. That's it. That's all I want. I can't even do that in the app.
