No customer service from Arzopa, we received this as a gift, at Christmas and followed all the instructions, however no family member has been able to send or upload any photos, even after scanning the QR code provided. I've sent emails to Arzopa, however its coming up to Easter and still no reply 😑 its not good enough.

Its ok, my only gripe is the slow speed of the upload and the apparent issue of the upload completely stopping unless you have the upload screen active and lit up. The moment you put the phone down or move to a different app it seems to stop.

Hello, the upload speed is related to your Wi-Fi connection. If the upload is very slow, you can try restarting your router.
