About this app

Asakaa is the mobile app for Asakaa, the time and project management system for creative teams and agencies.

With Asakaa you can:

• Log hours worked in seconds, directly from each task card, without having to navigate between screens.

• View your day — your assigned tasks, with priority and deadlines at a glance.

• Track team progress if you're a Lead or Manager: see who's logging hours, on which projects, and at what pace.

• Switch between your workspaces if you belong to more than one organization.

• Keep everything synchronized with the Asakaa web version in real time.

Three views designed for your role:

— Executor: My Day and Log Hours, optimized for fast, seamless time tracking.

— Lead: My Crew, to see the status of your direct reports without having to open the website.

— Manager: Portfolio, Progress, and Signals, to detect bottlenecks before they become problems.

Simple login with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email. No passwords to remember.

Data protected by Row Level Security: you only see information from the workspaces you're a member of.

Asakaa requires an account at asakaa.com (free to create).
