About this app

Asas HR is the employee mobile app for attendance and self-service.

Clock in and out from your phone with face verification and GPS geofencing, so attendance is accurate and tied to your work location. The app supports split shifts — clock in and out multiple times a day and see each segment with a summed daily total.

While you're on shift, the app shares your live location with your manager and pauses automatically during breaks. It keeps working offline too: punches and location are buffered on the device and sync automatically the moment you're back online.

Beyond attendance, employees can:
• Request and track leave, and check remaining balances
• View attendance history and work schedules
• Open payslips
• Submit requests and follow their approval status
• Get notifications about approvals and updates

Asas HR has full English, Arabic and Kurdish (Sorani) support, including right-to-left layouts.

Asas HR هو تطبيق الهاتف للموظفين لإدارة الحضور والخدمة الذاتية.

سجّل حضورك وانصرافك من هاتفك مع التحقق بالوجه والسياج الجغرافي GPS، ليكون الحضور دقيقًا ومرتبطًا بموقع عملك. يدعم التطبيق الورديات المقسّمة — سجّل الحضور والانصراف عدة مرات في اليوم واطّلع على كل فترة مع الإجمالي اليومي.

أثناء الوردية، يشارك التطبيق موقعك المباشر مع مديرك ويتوقف تلقائيًا خلال الاستراحات. كما يعمل دون اتصال: تُخزَّن التسجيلات والموقع على الجهاز وتُزامَن تلقائيًا فور عودة الاتصال.

إضافة إلى الحضور، يمكن للموظفين:
• طلب الإجازات وتتبّعها والاطّلاع على الأرصدة المتبقية
• عرض سجل الحضور وجداول العمل
• فتح كشوف الرواتب
• تقديم الطلبات ومتابعة حالة الموافقة
• تلقّي إشعارات بالموافقات والتحديثات

يدعم Asas HR الإنجليزية والعربية والكردية (السورانية) بالكامل، بما في ذلك التخطيط من اليمين إلى اليسار.
