After removing the old app and installing the new, it took some time to complete. I even had a problem accessing my account on my laptop. Once I had authentication online, I reinstalled the app on my phone. Noticed the login page was the old one, it didn't work. I closed app, went to Google Play Store and opened the app from there. New login page appeared. I logged in no problem and set up biometrics. All is well now. Not everyone can figure this out so have patience with your customers.

App is too sensitive to touch. I can't scroll down the screen without it selecting the option my scrolling finger happened to be on, (this is on both Apple and Samsung, I checked). I have to toggle back and forth to pay credit bills. I'd rather not have to memorize the amount. The text is difficult to read, in size and color. The grey background, while professional, would benefit going back to white. I would encourage looking at more user-friendly apps like Chime. Thanks!

I've had a good experience so far with the app. I've been a long time ascentra member for over 10yrs and my mom and her husband for over 20yrs. the online app has gotten better or they keep adding to it and you don't have to keep updating on your end.the improvements just keep coming. you can get cash sent straight to your account for quick money loans. and decent rates. the app has a loan calculator built in it. gives you free accurate credit reports. has lots of information for you to learn.
