About this app
Liberes oClock is a service that allows registering the entry and exit of personnel in different locations through specially designed mobile applications. It is based on the latest geolocation technology (GPS) combined with QR code reading. The information obtained is recorded 'in the cloud' instantly and thus becomes available centrally and online for the company.
The whole process is automatic and simple.
Areas of application of the oClock service:
Liberes oClock is applicable to any company that manages personnel. But it is ideal to manage:
- Telework (Home Office): telework days can be programmed completely or partially: 'Home office' days and 'office' days. Everything can be controlled with the same application.
- Service Companies.
- Temporary Personnel Companies.
- Construction and Installation Companies on Site.
- Any company that handles personnel.
Features:
- One application for all staff: in the office, home or factory staff use a single application and the information collected for the human resources sector is unified, instantaneous and monitored.
- Offline mode: in the event that the work location does NOT have an Internet connection, the registration record remains in the internal database of our application and as soon as the cell phone is connected, the information goes to 'the cloud'.
- Unlimited amount of files.
- Unlimited number of workplaces.
- Each file, several workplaces. For each file, more than one workplace can be defined. Thus, a teleworking regime combined with office work can be carried out.
- Creation of digital 'clocks' with geographic fixation via the supervisor's app or remotely from the central application. Each clock corresponds to a defined workplace.
- Each file, several shifts or work schedules. You can define several work calendars for each file and also share calendars between files of the same team
- Expected arrivals: through this function oClock determines the arrival times at each location for each file in a full week. Oclock has a second mobile app for staff supervisors. Thus, the supervisor's application compares the expected arrivals with those recorded by the staff, allowing staff to monitor arrivals (on time or late) and absences online, as they occur. In the case of temporary personnel companies, it allows the replacement of absentees in a dynamic way.
- Full integration with the Liberes settlement system. This is an additional option for companies that already use the Liberes settlement system.
