About this app

DAC (Descarga, Almacenamiento y Custodia — download, storage and custody) is the ASGTRANS mobile app for digital tachograph management: downloading driver-card files, keeping them in custody, and tracking fleet compliance. Drivers also carry their transport control documents on the phone: the goods DeCA and the passenger route sheet.

The app has two ways in, driver and client, and you pick yours when you open it. The DeCA section is on the driver side.

DRIVER — no account, no password
• Download your driver card straight from the card with a compatible reader, or pick a .ddd / .tgd file already saved on your phone.
• Two taps to send it; we identify you by the card itself, so there is no username or password to remember.
• Immediate confirmation of the upload; "Recent uploads" shows when ASGTRANS has received it.

DeCA — for drivers, no account
• Roadside lookup: with your NIF, the company's NIF/CIF and the vehicle registration, find the active documents for your carriage and show the inspector the QR code that downloads the PDF.
• The documents from your last lookup stay on the phone and can be shown offline.
• If your company allows it, link the phone with a code from the company to create and modify goods DeCAs from it. A modification keeps the same URL and QR code.

CLIENT — with your DAC account
• Driver list with search by name or ID number (DNI).
• Document expiry tracking — driving licence, CAP, ADR and tachograph card — with a filter for drivers whose documents have expired or expire soon.
• Register and edit drivers.
• Reports per driver and period: offenses, weekly rests (normal and reduced), and activity and kilometres.

Available in eight languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, Romanian, Polish and Bulgarian.

DAC is the client app for the ASGTRANS DAC platform, a tachograph custody service for transport companies. The client area requires a DAC account issued by ASGTRANS; the driver area needs no account at all. Reading straight from the card requires a compatible smart card reader connected to the device; if you do not have one, use the "From a file" option.
