About this app

ASHARE is an app designed to promote physical activity and prevent mental health problems among workers. Using artificial intelligence technology, it estimates your mood for the following day based on your physical activity patterns and work style information.

This app estimates your mood for the following day on a three-point scale ("Sunny," "Cloudy," "Rainy") based on physical activity data, gender, age, and employment status recorded on your smartphone, and displays an estimated "depression/anxiety score." ASHARE also provides feedback comments on the estimated results.

Mood estimation results and physical activity data can be shared among users upon user preference. Users can view data of workers with similar characteristics based on basic attributes (age, gender, etc.), employment status (job type, employment status, etc.), and preferred types of physical activity. Users who consistently maintain low levels of depression and anxiety are listed as "Best Performers," and their physical activity patterns can be referenced.

*To use this app, you will need to install Google Fit and Health Connect separately from ASHARE and link your physical activity data.
