SubTrack is a subscription tracker that keeps every recurring payment you make in one place — what it costs, when it renews, and where the money actually goes.

Streaming, music, cloud storage, AI tools, news, software — the recurring bills add up quietly. SubTrack is the subscription manager that makes them impossible to lose track of, so you can cancel what you don't use and budget for what you keep.

TRACK YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS
• Add any subscription: price, currency, billing cycle, category, payment method, next billing date, auto-renew, notes.
• Monthly, yearly, or a custom cycle measured in days or whole months ("every 90 days", "every 3 months").
• Search, filter by category or status, and switch between a card view and a compact list.
• Track up to 5 subscriptions for free.

PAUSE, RESUME, CANCEL — THE RIGHT WAY
• Pausing takes effect at your next billing date, not mid-cycle, so you keep what you already paid for. The subscription shows "Pausing [date]" until then.
• Change your mind before it takes effect and cancel the pause with no side effects.
• Resume a paused subscription at any time. Cancel outright from Active or Paused, with a confirmation step.

A REAL BILLING HISTORY
• Every subscription keeps a period-by-period ledger — start and end dates, amount, status.
• The plan price is snapshotted when each period opens, so changing a price later never rewrites your history.
• Record what your card was actually charged for a period when it differs from the sticker price.
• See total paid, number of periods, days into the current period, and total days paused.

INSIGHTS THAT SURVIVE REAL LIFE
• Spend trend — monthly spend for up to the last 24 months, built from your real billing history, so a subscription you cancelled last month still counts in that month.
• Category breakdown — where your money goes across active subscriptions.
• Year-ahead projection — actual billing occurrences over the next 12 months, honoring auto-renew: annualized total, average per subscription, and your most expensive.

MULTI-CURRENCY, DONE PROPERLY
• Each subscription keeps its own currency. Totals convert to your preferred display currency using a daily exchange-rate feed — no rates to type in and keep up to date.
• Switching your display currency re-converts everything instead of showing stale numbers.
• Add your card's foreign-transaction fee per subscription and it's folded into the conversion.

RENEWAL REMINDERS
• A bill reminder before every renewal — same day, 1, 3, or 7 days ahead, each independently switchable.
• Runs as a reliable daily background check, not client-side polling, so a reminder still fires if you haven't opened the app.

DASHBOARD
• Committed this month, committed this year, active count, and how many renew within 7 days — at a glance.
• Upcoming renewals for the next 7 days, plus quick-add.

PROVIDER CATALOG
• Link a subscription to a known provider and it picks up that brand's colors automatically. Free-text providers work exactly the same.
