Flow Time is a distraction-free focus timer built for people who want
to get things done — no sign-ups, no ads, no internet required.

Tap the pixel-art hourglass once to start your flow session. Tap again
to pause. Long-press to reset. That's the entire interface.

The timer runs silently in the background even when your screen is off,
and a notification keeps you anchored to your session without pulling
you into the app.

Add the home screen widget and control your timer directly from your
launcher. No unlock, no navigation — just tap Play on your widget and
get to work.

On Wear OS, add the Flow Time tile to your watch face and glance at
your remaining time without reaching for your phone.
