Talk, don't type. Bolo is AI voice typing for your Android phone and your Windows PC: speak naturally, and clean, punctuated text appears where your cursor is.

Tap. Speak. Done.
A small floating mic sits on top of any app. Tap it in a chat, a note, an email or a search box and just talk. Bolo types your words straight into that text field, so you never have to peck at the small on-screen keyboard.

AI cleans up what you say
Spoken thoughts come with pauses, ums and false starts. Bolo's AI removes the filler, adds punctuation and capitalisation, and gives you text you can send as it is. Far less backspacing, far fewer corrections.

Speak your language
Leave Bolo on Automatic and it detects the language you speak, or pick your dictation languages yourself. Tested languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Indonesian, Czech, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Malay, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Swahili, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese and Chinese.

Types on your PC too
Get the free Bolo PC app for Windows from github.com/ashwarsadh/bolo-pc. Your phone becomes a wireless microphone: speak, and the text is typed at the cursor on your computer over your Wi-Fi, in emails, documents, browsers, chats and code editors.

Two-way clipboard sync
Copy on your phone, paste on your PC, or the other way round. No more emailing yourself links or retyping notes.

Offline mode and privacy
Use on-device speech recognition when you want privacy or have no internet. Bolo also includes a limited free cloud trial, and you can plug in your own OpenAI or Gemini API key to manage your own usage directly.

Gentler on your hands
Long hours of typing take a toll on wrists, fingers and posture. If you live with repetitive strain injury (RSI), wrist discomfort, or simply find typing tiring, Bolo lets you write by speaking instead.

Accessibility permission notice
Bolo uses the Android AccessibilityService API strictly to detect when an active text input field is present and to insert your dictated text into that field. Bolo does not read, store, or log the text you enter in other apps, nor does it track your keystrokes or personal data.

A blank recording now just says 'No speech detected', with no repeated retries. AI Mode is off unless you turn it on. Clearer setup with one-tap permissions, a Quick Settings tile, and share-to-PC. Bolo can now update itself from the Play Store.
