I booked a quarantine hotel from more than a month ago, and not until near the day I fly to Taiwan that Asiayo sent me a notification about my booking's problem. I am disappointed in the way their staffs responded to me. This is the last time I used this app. If it is not because of Taiwanese quarantine regulation, I will never use Asiayo. The UX/UI of the app does not help a terrible customer care team being better. "Thank you" for bringing the worst experience ever to me when I fly back to Tw.

It annoying as i try to book a stay but cant seem to see the price. would appreciate if you can fix it.
