I've been banking with USB my entire life. But this app makes me want to change banks everytime I have to use it. It crashes constantly and takes forever to load anything after an input among multiple other issues I can't think of right away. Whoever you use as an app developer needs to find other means of employment because it's that bad. Please permanently fix these issues.

Awful, app constantly closes randomly, it doesn't allow me to actually use the amount of transfers I have (only ever tells me I have 1 or 0 transfers left when I'm supposed to have like 6). When I tried to connect to Zelle to actually use my money it wouldn't connect and kept saying info was wrong and it wasn't. Awful app. Awful bank.
