About this app

Askespresso plans your coffee around your day: when to have the next cup, what to make or order, and how much, so it lifts you when you need it and leaves your sleep alone.

The next cup, every time
Open the app and the next cup is at the top: "Flat white at 10:40", with the reason in one line. Tap I had it, or log anything else in one tap.

At home, at a café, or a spoon of instant
Tell us how you have coffee: an espresso machine, a moka pot, filter kaapi, a French press, a pour-over, cold brew, Nescafé or Bru, or a café. On a day out, switch to Out and the plan tells you what to order at Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Third Wave Coffee, Café Coffee Day, Tim Hortons, Barista, McCafé or Chaayos. A meeting at a café gets the order that suits it.

Caffeine you can see
Every drink is counted from Indian figures: café drinks by their shots, instant coffee by the spoon with its chicory, chai, colas and energy drinks. A curve shows the caffeine in you through the day, when the last cup should be, and how much is left at bedtime.

Cups for your meetings
Connect your calendar and each meeting gets the cup that suits it: sharp for a pitch, steady through a long review, nothing before coffee with a friend. A reminder tells you when to start making it.

Sleep and workouts
Connect Health Connect and a short night gets a fuller first cup and an earlier last one, and a workout gets a cup before it. Every cup you log can be saved to Health Connect.

Which milk to buy
Making latte art, a cappuccino, cold foam or filter kaapi? The milk guide names the grade and the packets sold where you live: Amul, Mother Dairy, Nandini, Aavin, Heritage, Milma and more.

Recipes and practice
Recipes from around the world, step by step with photographs, and a latte-art game to practise pouring.

Ask Baba
Baba Budan, our coffee guide, answers questions about coffee and finds the roast that suits your taste. Our coffee is roasted after you order and delivered across India; pay with UPI or a card.

Widgets
Put the next cup and today's caffeine on your home screen.

One account, phone and web
Sign in with Google or an email code to keep your coffee profile, preferences and orders on every phone and on askespresso.com. An account is optional; everything works without one.

Private by design
Your calendar, health data and the cups you log stay on your phone. We keep only a short coffee profile (your taste, routine and a weekly average of your cups), and you can delete it, or your whole account, from the app at any time.
