Para los que tienen Android 14 en adelante y presentan problemas para acceder, la única manera de que funcione la aplicación sin que te saque de repente de la misma (según un representante de servicio al cliente) es "no aceptando los permisos de aplicación". Lo intenté y funcionó; no es lo ideal pero por lo menos así se deja usar.
